Creative study abroad programs
Study abroad will challenge you as a creative-minded person. It will push your limits, your creativity and your arts and design thinking.
As part of the Sun Devil family, we want to make you aware of the numerous resources available to Herberger Institute students in order to ease their transition to college life and to continue to support them along the way in all their endeavors.
Students can get involved through student leadership positions within the Herberger Institute and ASU-wide opportunities that specifically seek engagement from design and arts students.
There are numerous clubs and student organizations at ASU, including dozens of design and arts-focused organizations.
We have more than 1,000 ticketed and free events each year, from art and design exhibitions to plays and concerts, from film and digital culture showcases to dance performances and more. Herberger Institute students are eligible for free tickets to most events.
At Arcadia, you live and learn with creative, innovative and imaginative peers from every program in design and the arts, collaborating on projects, preparing for classes and sharing your interests and talents.

The Fall Welcome sessions are devoted to providing you with necessary information for your specific major within the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts.
