With almost 8,000 students, more than 750 faculty and faculty associates, more than 125 degree program options and a tradition of top-ranked programs, we are committed to redefining the 21st-century design and arts school. Our college is built on a combination of disciplines unlike any other program in the nation, comprising the ASU FIDM fashion program, the Schools of Art; Arts, Media and Engineering; Music, Dance and Theatre; The Design School, The Sidney Poitier New American Film School; and the ASU Art Museum. Experience ASU
Experience ASU visits are sessions with ASU Enrollment team members, followed by a Herberger Institute academic information session with Herberger Institute enrollment team members. The Tempe Experience ASU visits take place on Mondays, excluding national holidays. If you are interested in our Tempe based programs we invite you to attend a Tempe Experience ASU visit. The Downtown Experience ASU visits take place on Fridays, excluding national holidays. If you are interested in the Fashion and Popular Music programs we invite you to attend the Downtown Experience ASU visit. All prospective undergraduate students and families interested in our programs are invited.

1. Explore your degree program
We offer more than 100 undergraduate and graduate degrees and concentrations in our five schools and across the Institute:

2. Apply to ASU
- The admissions process begins when you submit your ASU online application.
- Select your major of choice on the ASU online application.
- Apply early: Many of our degrees are highly selective. Applying early may increase your chances of admission.

3. Investigate the supplemental admissions requirements
Some of our degrees require additional audition, interview, milestone or portfolio requirements. Please review the additional entrance requirements related to your area of study.

Portfolio reviews, milestones or interviews typically occur after the first year in the program or after a certain number of required courses are completed. Students wishing to major in BA/BM music degrees must successfully complete an audition prior to enrolling as a music major at ASU. Students wishing to major in BFA dance are required to attend the Dance Festival Admission Day prior to enrolling as a dance major at ASU.
