Eligibility details:
- Herberger Institute faculty and staff, as well as students majoring or minoring in one of the schools within the Herberger Institute, may receive complimentary tickets to most events ticketed by the Herberger Institute box office. Students and Mirabella residents may redeem one complimentary ticket. Faculty and staff can redeem up to two. Some restrictions and event exclusions apply but will be indicated on the ticketing page if the event is not comp-eligible.
- Cast and certain crew members of any Herberger Institute box office ticketed production are eligible for two additional complimentary tickets. Specific cast-crew complimentary ticket policies and procedures will be sent through each department’s production team.
- For any other complimentary ticket requests, further questions or assistance, please contact hiboxoffice@asu.edu.
Any Herberger Institute event taking place at ASU Gammage or other venues with their own box office is handled by their box office staff and these policies and procedures do not apply.
Additional ticket service fees apply to every purchase and are non-refundable.
ASU is proud of our commitment to sustainability. PDF tickets with QR codes are attached to the ticket order confirmation email receipt. The usher can scan these ticket codes directly from your device or from ticket code pages printed at home.
Accessible seating is available in all venues. For reserved seating events, accessible and companion seats are indicated in green on the seating map in the ticketing system. If accessible seats are unavailable online, contact the Box Office, hiboxoffice@asu.edu. For general seating events, please inform the Box Office of any ADA seating needs in advance if possible. For elevator needs, please arrive early and request event staff assistance.
No food or beverages (other than water bottles with lids) are allowed inside the seating area of the venues. There are no concessions; however, many venues have vending machines with snacks and beverages nearby.
Most events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. To minimize disruptions, patrons arriving after the start of the event will be seated at a suitable interval in the program; each production sets their own late seating policy. In most venues, latecomers are seated in a designated row in the back until intermission or at an appropriate break. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to performances to find parking and be seated in time.
Tickets are non-refundable; all sales are final. Exchanges can be made at the discretion of management for a different performance of equal or lesser value when requested prior to the start date and time on the original ticket. If an event is cancelled, the face value of the ticket will be refunded. All fees are non-refundable.
At this time, there are no waitlists for sold out events.
