Program Coordinator

The Design School at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts seeks a high-performing, positive, and service-oriented individual with excellent attention to detail to join the Student Affairs team as Program Coordinator.  Under general supervision, this individual will oversee student affairs and administrative needs of graduate and doctoral programs.  This position requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, a high degree of interpersonal communication skills, and a knack for interpreting policy and adhering to procedures.  This position will serve as liaison between TDS administrative offices and students, faculty groups, other university departments, community groups and serve as the primary contact between assigned academic units, graduate advising staff, and Graduate Education to facilitate successful completion of course of study for graduate and PhD students.
