Arizona State University is partnering with the city of Mesa to help produce a thriving cultural economy in downtown Mesa once again. The groundbreaking ASU at Mesa City Center complex adds an important piece to the revitalization of the downtown area in Mesa and trains the next generation of professionals for Arizona’s creative and technology sectors.

Creating an immersive media hub

The world-class media production site hosts hundreds of students who make films, video games, and other immersive media experiences of all kinds.

This new, 118,000 sq. ft. building houses arts, design and technology programs. ASU at Mesa City Center is one of the first media production facilities of its type that is designed to be fully embedded in the community – a hive of cultural exchange, education and public programming and events.
