Resources for Alumni

Take advantage of our alumni career resources, or give back to the next generation through volunteer or investment opportunities.

Herberger Institute Alumni

The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts Alumni Chapter consists of all graduates of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts programs, which includes art; arts, media and engineering; design; film, dance and theatre; and music. The chapter also includes graduates of both the Herberger College of the Arts and the College of Design, which combined to become the Herberger Institute in 2009. This free affiliate chapter promotes alumni to stay connected with their program, each other, current students and Arizona State University. Career Services

ASU Career Services is dedicated to the career development of ASU students and alumni. We provide comprehensive services in all areas of career advising and assessment, career events and fairs, educational programs, and partnerships with local, state, regional, and national employers.

People choose to volunteer for many reasons: to give back to a group that’s nurtured them, to work for a better tomorrow, to find new friends, or to explore a new skill or talent. We have several ways for Sun Devil supporters to volunteer with us. Please contact to get involved with your school!

ASU Alumni Association

The academic council is an affiliate to the ASU Alumni Association. We strongly recommend taking advantage of the resources available to all ASU Alumni, including discounts and benefits, recent news, and opportunities. When registering, don’t forget to mention you were “referred by Herberger Institute Council.”

Chapter Board

The Alumni Chapter Board works closely with Herberger Institute staff, faculty and students to coordinate events and volunteer opportunities for fellow alumni. Board membership is open to alumni from any graduation year or degree program within the Herberger Institute.

Support by investing in ASU

The intersection of creativity and educational innovation that establishes ASU as a New American University would not be possible without the partnership of investors and friends. Less than 26 percent of Arizona State University's budget comes from the state of Arizona, making contributions from private investors, foundations and corporate partners essential. Only with these private funds in conjunction with student tuition can ASU offer some of the nation's top-ranked design and arts programs. Your investments can be specifically dedicated to students or faculty – or to special projects directly at the leadership level of the dean.
