Mary Lou Alberetti

Mary Lou Alberetti, who earned her MFA from the School of Art, will be exhibiting ceramic reliefs and mixed media at The Blue Mountain Gallery in New York City from Sept. 6 until Oct. 1. It is her inaugural solo exhibition at this Chelsea, New York gallery. Her works have evolved following her time teaching in Italy and traveling in Spain, France, Turkey and Morocco. Alberetti uses architectural historical and contemporary references to create works that distill both the beauty and lessons of antiquity.
