**All event attendees, including children, regardless of age, must have a ticket.**
The Box office opens for ticket sales at each event venue one hour prior to the performance time and closes fifteen (15) minutes after the performance time listed. We recommend buying tickets in advance to ensure entrance into the performance.
Complimentary tickets are not available at the door and must be requested in advance. New Policy 8-1-18: In the event of a sold out performance, if your complimentary ticket has not been scanned in prior to the performance start time on the ticket, your ticket may be forfeited and released for sale to patrons on the waitlist. Complimentary tickets may be requested online by clicking on the corresponding button above to submit the appropriate form, or in person during regular daytime Box Office hours. See below for eligibility details.
Any Herberger Institute event taking place at ASU Gammage Auditorium or other venues with their own box office is handled by their box office staff. The policy may be subject to change.
Additional web ticket fees will apply at check-out. Fees do not apply to phone or at door ticket sales.
ASU is proud of our commitment to sustainability. For your convenience, we have two options to receive your ticket. Help us make your experience most enjoyable by skipping the line at the ticket counter!
No food or beverages (other than water bottles with lids) are allowed inside the seating area of the venues. There are no concessions; however, many venues have vending machines with snacks and beverages nearby.
Please be aware that most events start promptly at the time indicated on the ticket. To minimize disruptions, patrons arriving after the start of the event will be seated at a suitable interval in the program; each production sets their own late seating policy. In most venues, latecomers are seated in a designated row in the back until intermission or an appropriate break. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to performances to find parking and be seated in time.
Tickets are non-refundable; all sales are final. Exchanges can be made for a different performance at the discretion of the management when requested prior to the start date and time on the original ticket.
In the event of a sold out performance, a Waitlist will be implemented at the venue ticket counter one hour prior to the performance. Should guests not have pre-purchased a ticket, they may add their name and number of tickets needed to the waitlist. If there are unclaimed comp tickets at the performance time listed on the ticket, they will be released for sale to patrons in waitlist order. All guests on the waitlist must be present to complete the sale, and waitlist patrons agree to all late seating policies and procedures outlined above.
