Technical Support Analyst

The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University is looking for a dynamic, creative, and dedicated Tech Support Analyst to join our IT team. The Institute utilizes a diverse range of hardware and software across multiple artistic disciplines, offering an exciting environment for professional growth and skill development. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues, assisting end users to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support will be provided in-person, over the phone, and remotely through various systems management tools. This position is based on the Tempe campus, with occasional travel to our locations in downtown Phoenix and Mesa.
