Events Coordinator Senior
MIX Center
The Herberger Institute seeks a dynamic planner and organizer to oversee various types of events and services for the Media and Immersive Experience (MIX) Center. The workload for this position consists of planning, coordinating, organizing, staffing, and overseeing events at the MIX Center. Arranges all aspects of events such as confirming with all patrons, security, technical arrangements, and working with catering services. This position does require a flexible work schedule and on-call status in order to coordinate and attend evening and weekend events.
