| The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts (HIDA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead the HR initiatives within the college. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all aspects of human resources management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for faculty, staff, and students. This position is both highly critical to the administration of our HR systems, policies, and procedures, while also modeling service and strategy to solve HR problems in a growing and complex organization. |
