The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts (HIDA) at Arizona State University is seeking a Director of Fiscal Business Services to lead and manage the Institute’s financial and business operations. This position is responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, and administrative leadership across all HIDA units, including six schools on the Tempe and Los Angeles campuses, the Mesa Immersive Experience Center (MIX), the ASU Art Museum, the ASU FIDM Museum and the HIDA Box Office.
Working closely with the Dean and other members of the leadership team, the Director serves as a strategic thought partner in budget decisions, financial forecasting, and long-term fiscal planning. The Director oversees a multi-million-dollar annual budget that primarily supports operational needs for academic programs, courses, and administrative functions. This role also provides leadership for a team of business services professionals, fosters a culture of collaboration, and offers guidance and support to Business Operations Managers across the Institute.
Position Salary Range:
$94,300 to $126k, depends on experience within the posted range
