Department Human Resources Specialist Senior
We are seeking a highly motivated and approachable Department Human Resources Specialist Senior to join the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts Dean’s Office. This hands-on role is instrumental to the institute, offering a broad scope of HR functions in a fast-paced, innovative higher education environment.
In this role, you’ll leverage your communication, personnel, and multi-tasking skills to make a daily impact while interacting with a supportive staff team, award-winning faculty, administrators at all ASU levels, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while handling confidential information with professionalism.
This role will provide exceptional service and support across various HR functions, including addressing inquiries, assisting with staff and student recruitment, managing payroll processes, conducting audits, maintaining personnel files, and providing general office support.

Salary Range: starting at $48,600 up to $56,000 per year; Depends on experience within salary range
