Curriculum Coordinator - Downtown Los Angeles

ASU FIDM in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University is seeking a full time Curriculum Coordinator to coordinate the academic and curriculum activities and actions in accordance with priorities set by the School’s leadership and ASU policies and procedures. The Curriculum Coordinator reports to the ASU FIDM School Director.

The Curriculum Coordinator, under the supervision of the School Director, will build, manage, and track the academic schedule and implement processes related to course scheduling including room requests, course overrides, Faculty Associate hiring, Admin Proxy requests, and Academic Record Changes. The Curriculum Coordinator will also execute curriculum processes including academic strategic plan submissions, program proposals, new/modify course form submissions, online course development, course evaluations, transfer articulation, assessment planning, and assessment data collection. The Curriculum Coordinator also performs research projects to improve scheduling and curriculum for the school.
