Building Operations Coordinator

The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts is seeking a Building Operations Coordinator who, under minimal supervision, coordinates the facilities functions related to the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts (HIDA) Deans Office. These functions include but are not limited to coordination of key and electronic access; maintaining facilities information databases; coordination of building maintenance; furniture set ups and moves; supporting events as needed; acting as a Safety Compliance Officer; making regular rounds of buildings and reporting security issues to ASU PD and departments concerned; coordination and follow up with custodial crew to maintain cleanliness in HIDA spaces, and other functions as designated by the Facilities Manager
