Administrative Specialist - Downtown Los Angeles

The Program for Narrative and Emerging Media (NEM) is a best-in-class research, teaching and gathering venue, with a focus on diversifying the demographics of who gets to create and distribute narratives using emerging media technologies in the areas of arts, culture and nonfiction. The program is a collaborative effort between The Sidney Poitier New American Film School housed in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Under general supervision, performs complex administrative duties of a responsible, sensitive, and confidential nature requiring considerable independence of action in support of the Program Director.
