Graduate Prospective Open House

This year The Design School will host a Graduate Student Open House for all students admitted to our graduate programs.

This is an exciting time to be at The Design School, and the open house is organized so students can see the School, meet potential colleagues, and get a sense of the opportunities available to those who elect to join our community.

Invisible Cities: A Participative Virtual Masterclass

This virtual participative master class will be presented by Elena Rocchi, clinical assistant professor in The Design School in collaboration with Instituto Europeo di Design, Barcelona.

The talk will delve deep into Italo Calvino’s book of the same name, offering transversal thoughts on the concept of a contemporary city, regarding topics such as culture, language, equity, inclusion, time, memory, exceptions and contradictions.

Landscape Architecture Internship Fair

This internship fair event allows our 5th-year graduate and 3rd-year undergraduate students enrolled in the landscape architecture program to network and make connections with local firms to assist them in securing an internship, a requirement for LA programs. Our students are motivated to participate so that they can connect the skills and knowledge they acquire at The Design School with the design expertise and professional experience offered by professional firms.
