Opening Reception: ...and then there were five

"…And then there were five," a Bachelor of Fine Arts exhibition in photography, sculpture, painting and ceramics, features works by brain, Olin Fritz, Lora Hale Vance, Kara Mc, Tate Peak. These introspective and, at times, critical artists choose to represent their point of views in ways which are specific to the individual. Collectively, they create a space in which they confront what makes people uncomfortable through unconventional representations of life, intimacy, homelessness, gender roles, inner conflict and the physical body. Rather than accept the pressure to conform to the standards of today’s society, these artists instead present the grit and honesty of the world as something worthy to behold.
