Brief job description: 

The School of Art in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts at Arizona State University is seeking a full time Office Supervisor to manage the front office and all inquiries, perform valuable clerical tasks, supervise and trains student employees, and works closely with other staff and leadership to manage operational activities and actions in accordance with priorities set by the School’s leadership and ASU policies and procedures. The Office Supervisor reports to the Business Operations Manager. 

The School of Art has over 2000 undergraduates. Undergraduate degree programs in the School of Art include of Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Art with concentrations in art history, art studies, museum studies, fashion; an online BA in art history; Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art with concentrations in art education, drawing/painting, ceramics, fibers, intermedia, photography, printmaking, sculpture/metals/woods. With several nationally ranked programs, it is one of the largest comprehensive art programs in a public research university in the United States.  The ASU School of Art plays a prominent role within the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts and is located on both the Tempe and downtown Phoenix campuses.
