Herberger Institute for Design & the Arts (HIDA) seeks an Office Specialist to support Dean’s Office special initiatives and programs. The Office Specialist will work with the Executive Director of the National Accelerator + Chief of Staff and program staff on to coordinate administrative work for all Dean’s Office special projects including interface with grants management team and finance team, establishing programmatic operating procedures for our internal projects and teams, managing project deadlines and public reporting, coordinating evaluation, assisting with donor relations and proposals, convenings and special events. Manages the HIDA initiatives Sharepoint and Slack environments. Works with Executive Director of the National Accelerator + Chief of Staff on specific employee training for HIDA initiatives. Assists in coordinating outside consultants as necessary. This team member will work with various grant funded projects and our Institute Professors to support HIDA’s vision of imaging new ways for artists and designers to transform their world through transdisciplinary and social focused work.
