The institute makes it easy for areas to promote individual events with downloadable ASU approved templates. We supply disciplines with postcard, poster, flyer, program and press release templates. Templates are organized by department and are provided in PDF, EPS and Word versions.

Template Usage Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for the download and use of Herberger Institute templates:
The following applies to all templates (flyer, mailer, postcard poster and program) to be downloaded and used:
- The project must be a Herberger Institute event or project. Templates
cannot be used for personal events or projects.
- The logo and type treatments provided on templates cannot be cropped,
resized or rotated and the color cannot be changed or altered in any
way.
- Any information contained on templates cannot be deleted or altered in any way. This applies to hours, costs, locations, phone numbers, fax numbers, website addresses and any other copy that is part of the template.
- For all postcards you must leave room for metered postage from top-right corner: 3" across and 1 1/2" down.
