Join us for Yoga in the Gallery sponsored by the ASU Kundalini Yoga Club. These classes are free and open to students, faculty, staff and visitors. Classes are appropriate for all levels of ability. Variations of poses will be given, so you can select the ones that are appropriate for your body. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or blanket. Classes will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m., please be on time.
