Safety at the Border
Industrial Design faculty (Herring and Wolf) are engaged in a research project that aims to further safety through increasing communication between non-English speaking truck drivers and safety inspectors at the national borders and with supervisors, other truckers and state highway patrol personnel as the trucks travel along US highways. Expected completion September 2009.
