  • Express Academic Advising for undergraduate students is held each Tuesday and Friday when classes are in session during the fall and spring semesters. Express academic advising is unavailable on days when the university is closed.   • To request an Official Absence Letter from the Office of the Dean of Students, please complete the Absence Request form here.
  • If you need academic, social, personal, injury, mental health, wellbeing or financial help, please fill out the Herberger Institute Community of Care form. The Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts Community of Care process gives students, faculty, staff, family members, peers, and other people the ability to make the dean’s office aware of specific student concerns for Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts students. Once alerted about a potential issue, the dean’s office will identify the appropriate follow-up based on the nature of the concern.
  • Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services is the central campus resource for students with disabilities to ensure access to their education and help increase awareness in the university community. They offer a variety of services for accommodations, transportation, and support for injury or other medical issues.
